At Van Xander, you'll never see any brass, stainless steel, or nickel. We work exclusively with precious metals such as silver, gold, rhodium and platinum. Our specialty is solid 925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish.

Yes. All Van Xander jewelry is made with real sterling silver. Each piece is stamped with a 925 hallmark and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

No. Our fine jewelry is made from precious metals which are safe, even for sensitive skin. They are free from any lead, nickel or other harsh metals which are common irritants often found in costume jewelry.

International - Your order may be subject to any applicable import taxes or duties as determined and collected by your local government.

All orders come with free package tracking. After your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can see where your package is and when it will arrive.

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. To begin the process, please contact us. Jewelry must be in new/unused condition. Full details on our return policy here.

Every Van Xander piece is backed by our limited Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry experiences any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturer defects, the warranty includes a one-time repair at no charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or theft.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make a change. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
